Refund Policy

Because we schedule patient appointments based on the number of nurses registered for each workshop, late cancellations directly affect our ability to provide care. When a nurse cancels too close to the class date for us to fill her spot, patients who were counting on that care may go unseen. Our refund policy reflects this:

• 3 or more weeks before class: Full refund
• 1 to 3 weeks before class: 50% refund
• Less than 1 week before class: No refund

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to continue serving our patient community reliably. If your plans change, please notify us as early as possible so we may offer your spot to another nurse.
